An initial proposal consisting of the technical overview, project budget, and solution component will be presented after review and discussion with our client. Thereafter any details will be fine tuned to achieved the initial objectives, requirements and budget till a solution is finalized.

 

Spectrum provides our customers with complete project management to ensure all sites are well-supervised at all times to deliver the project promptly within the budget and implemented according to the schedule and design. Spectrum's project manager will serve as the main point of contract throughout the life of the project by working closely with with your architects, M&E consultants, contractors. design consultants, interior decorators, and many more to ensure our design and implementation is integrated seamlessly with the 3rd party.

 

Cabling, Racking, Termination & Installation
Our Installation services include cables laying, points, termination, equipments and fixtures installation such as making sure that equipments are racked neatly and cables are properly managed and concealed.

 

System Configuration, Integration, Testing & Commissioning
In order to maximize the performance of the entire solution, besides having a good system design, it is also important to configure individual equipment correctly for performance maximization, as well as seamless integration with the rest of the equipment so as to reap maximum benefits to the customers. Site Engineer will perform numerous testing till it is ready to perform user acceptance test with the customers. Upon acceptance, a commissioning certificate will be issued to mark the completion of the project.

 

Training
A comprehensive training is provided to ensure that all the users are familiar with the operation and basic functions of the systems. With hands on and theoretical training, it greatly promotes the facilities, usage to meet the intended business requirements and initial objectives. Different users will be trained with different skill sets to better suit the usage scope.

This training will take not more then 25 minutes and is designed to give a quick briefing to the end user who is not involved in the facility set up. The briefing includes demonstrating various application available for their various business needs and the basic operation.

The user support level training provides system overview and setting up of the system for various application. This mainly applies to the office or IT administrator secretary whereby their responsibility is to get the facility ready for the user. Such training ensures that they are equipped with the right skill in order to set up the facility appropriately

In addition to the user and user support level training, the administrator will be trained to perform basic troubleshooting to assist in common user fault and the fault escalation process.
